The LoGIC Network is implemented by a collaboration of integrity advocates promoting transparency and inclusive economic growth. The consortium is composed of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, the lead implementer of the program; Centrist Democracy Political Institute (CDPI), European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP) and the three major leagues in the Philippines namely the League of Cities of the Philippines (LCP), League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP) and League of Provinces of the Philippines (LPP). This is the same consortium which started the EU-funded Project I4J – Integrity for Job Creation in 2013. After successfully engaging 60 Local Government Units to create Integrity Circles and implement integrity mechanisms under Project I4J.
